Henry Greenberg & The Greenberg Lawyer Office,
On November 17, 1999, I was in a very bad tractor & trailer accident that was caused by a horse owned by someone else. I was a over the road truck driver who was drivng that tractor & twin trailers that morning when the horse ran into the the front of my rig. I found myself not only fighting in a workers compensation ordeal but also the people who owned the horse. I had allready fired 3 other laywers and was in very desperate need of lawyer representation. The law only allows the person who was injured in a workers compensation case 3 years from the date of injury to file a law suit against the third party involved. The date was August of 2002 when I started going through the phone book and making phone calls to lawyer offices. So far every firm I called turned me down because of the time elapsed and the date soon to expire for the 3th party case.
You never know how the future, time and the right thing will happen. When I dialed the Greenberg Laywer Office, the first person I talked to was Lana Greenberg who asked her husband Henry to talk to me. With that first phone call would not only give me the "LAWYER" I needed so badly but also over the next several years prove that we had also found a wonderfull & caring family we feel are members of our family.
That is not enough words to explain the "Greenbergs" but some of these will give you a very good start. The Greenbergs are honest, thoughtfull, caring, very knowledgeable and capable to handle any and all that come up in any case they represent you in. My case turned into a nightmare not only for me & my family, but also for "The Greenbergs." They never gave up on me, they did everything and more to represent me. They believed in me and my case from the start and at no time swayed in any way from what was needed to achive us a victory against one of the biggest richest trucking outfits in the world & the horse owners.
Who knew a lucky phone call in August of 2002 would give me & my family so much reward, with so little effort then dial a phone number. I can never thank them enough for everything all of them put into my case. The Greenbergs are not only a "Lawyer Firm" they are family.
